• All internet Orders are processed in Real-Time.

• In-person window sales at the Box Office are processed in Real-Time

• Phone and Fax orders are time/dated and processed in the order that they are received.

• We do not "hold" tickets without payment.

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL

• NO REFUNDS

• NO EXCHANGES

• $2.00 per transaction not refundable processing fee is added to each ticket.

• $2.00 nonrefundable fee per ticket is charged for internet purchasing.

• Exact seating can be seen on the internet and at the box office window at 1703 Mahoning Ave NW * Warren, Ohio. By phone, requests for certain areas (i.e. aisle, loge, etc.) are accepted but not guaranteed.

• Tickets will be mailed out within 7 days (If the performance is within 9 days or less, the tickets will be held at the box office).

• Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket.

• Due to staffing limitations we rely heavily on online ticketing; please call the box office for an appointment to purchase tickets in person at the Music Hall.
