The image of a damsel in distress being rescued from the ocean is a bit of a departure from the albums name, Deceptive Bends, which the band got from a subtle roadside in London, but is still the bands most memorable album artwork.
Band member Noel Gallagher wanted to recreate a photo of the Beatles sitting around a coffee table, but instead had the band spread around the living room, furnished with objects that were personal to each member.
Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here - This classic photo was taken on the Warner Bros. backlot in 1975, where acclaimed stuntman Ronnie Rondell was lit a blaze wearing flame retardant equipment. It’s said the lot at Warner Bros. studio looks remarkably the same today.
