Amid concerns surrounding the Coronavirus and COVID-19 and in accordance with the recommendations from the CDC, State of Ohio and the Trumbull County, we at JAC Management Group will be closing the Packard Music Hall Box Office for the time-being to protect the health and safety of all patrons as well as members of our staff. This closure will go into effect tonight, Wednesday, March 18th at 4:00 pm until further notice. This closure will affect in person and telephone box office operations only. Tickets for future events can still be purchased online at www.Ticketmaster.com
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and would like to note that any necessary refunds for any previously canceled event will still be issued either through Ticketmaster directly for online purchased tickets and through our box office after we re-open for tickets that were purchased in person.
